Do you know, How much cost to Govt for a baby delivery of pregnant women in Govt hospital?
The answer varies from 15 to 30 thousand for non-complicated deliveries which include bed charges, Maternity Care and Medical expenses.
Can a Govt do scam in deliveries? No, Because it's well estimated and calculated.
Here comes a pandemic, Remember a story in Hindi "sher aaya sher" when observed from far away we thought its a Lion is coming towards us but later we realized its a Dog with a wig when watched closely.
Stories come true, let me relate.
When a virus outbroke in China, China got panicked and tried to hide the virus when reported by International media. Now the well-renowned scientists and health organization asked samples of the virus for clinical studies. china denied to give samples of it. Later the same scientists including Dr. Anthony Fauci and health organization has claimed there is an epidemic situation in china and the virus could be very deadly without studying and named it as New coronavirus or Noval coronavirus as the symptoms are similar to the previous outbreak SARS. (Noval because it has a wig, Relating to dog story)

And later it was declared its a Pandemic by World Health Organization and named this virus as COVID19.
ICTV started studying the virus they came to know its a normal seasonal flu as Fatality rate and R0 is similar to seasonal flu, either is not more contiguous or deadly and again they renamed this virus as SARS-CoV-2
Previously they claimed its very deadly virus without studying and later they found its a seasonal flu after studying. Now their prestige matter, Again they cannot turn back and accept their mistake, Till then it was too late and the story continued as their was a bigger business opportunity for countries and the race for Vaccine had already begun.
Fun Fact: There is no vaccine invented for any virus diseases until now. But an unsuccessful attempt are continued for Corona, and more fun fact is they to know they cannot do it as the virus is mutating rapidly.
For other countries its a Business opportunity but when its comes to India it's a SCAM opportunity.
Quarantine Centre: Govt. is spending approx. 1.5 Lakh per person for quarantining people ON PAPERS which includes Ambulance Charges, Rent of Centre, medication and food expenses. But in reality, we know how much they have spent, Quarantine in Govt School, College or Hostel and providing Scrap in the name of Hygiene food.
Private Hospital: No need to explain on this, We know the scenario there is no vaccine but Big Bills. And In India all MLA, MPs or Ministry owns a Private Hospital, School or college.
Medicine Import: It's the easiest way to do a scam, Govt Import $1 medicine for $10 on paper and its paid as a govt expense to the supplier and the Supplier pays back $8 to the Politician in-directly. and needless to say how much we are importing from other countries.
Do You Know: Dexamethasone has shown prominent results for treating Coronavirus then any other medicine but Indian Govt is not using it because it's manufactured in India and cost for this medicine is very cheap, But Japan and Taiwan are using the same Medicine for treatment.
Delhi Govt is importing failed medicine favipiravir marketed as FabiFlu in India. even Japan has rejected to use of favipiravir on patients as it's still under trial.
One Question: Does Opposition Govt. knows about this Scam? Yes, they know and the whole business started from Maharashtra itself.
Few countries understood these cheap tricks and now they are safe from Virus and SCAM.
